Video AI — AI Video Generator
Effective date: 2026-10-27 · Terms of Use
This privacy policy is applicable to the Video AI app
(package com.zentravyx.aivideomaker) for mobile devices, together with any related
services operated by ADTIREX LLC (collectively, the "Application"). ADTIREX LLC is hereinafter
referred to as the "Service Provider".
Data Controller Information
ADTIREX LLC acts as the Data Controller responsible for the processing of your personal data.
- Name: ADTIREX LLC
- Address: 527 Main St, Jordan, MT 59337-3743, United States
- Email: app.info@adtirex.com
For data protection inquiries and to exercise your GDPR rights, please contact the Data Controller using the contact information above.
What does the Application do?
The Application turns a photo — or a short text description, optionally with a photo — into a short AI-generated video. You pick a template (for example, a hug or a dance scene) or write your own prompt, choose a duration and resolution, and the video is rendered on our servers by a third-party AI video provider. The Application does not require you to create an account or register.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
- Photos you submit — when you choose a photo through your device's system photo picker, the Application only receives the specific photo you selected; it does not have access to your full photo library. The photo is cropped and resized on your device, then uploaded to our storage and sent to our AI video provider to render the video. Submitted photos are used only to produce your video; they are not used to identify you, to build a profile about you, or to train AI models.
- Text prompts — the description you type for a video. Prompts are checked against a list of blocked terms before a video is generated, combined with the template's instructions, and sent to the AI provider. The final prompt is kept with the job record so the Service Provider can review quality problems and abuse reports.
- Generated videos and thumbnails — the videos the Application creates for you, and a small preview image made from your photo. You can save, share, or delete them from the Studio tab.
- Consent confirmation — for templates that show people, the Application asks you to confirm once per device that you have the right to use the photos and that everyone shown is 18 or older. This confirmation is stored on your device.
- Reports you send — if you report a video (for example, sexual content, use of a photo without permission, or a minor shown), the report and the related video are reviewed by the Service Provider.
- GEM credits, VIP status, and purchase records — the in-app GEM credits used to generate videos, your VIP membership status, a transaction ledger (credits added, charged, and refunded), and records of purchases and, where available, rewarded-ad views.
- Push notification tokens — if you tap "Notify me when done" and allow notifications, a push token is used to tell you when your video is ready or is about to expire. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
- Language and preferences — your chosen app language (used to send notifications in the right language), theme, and similar settings.
The Service Provider may also use the information you provide to send important information, required notices, and, where permitted by law, marketing communications.
How does the Application identify your device?
Because there are no user accounts, the Application uses two anonymous identifiers to keep your GEM wallet, videos, and VIP status together:
- An anonymous device ID — a random identifier (UUID) generated by the Application and stored on your device. It is used to sign requests to our servers, link your wallet and videos, and apply fair-use rate limits.
- A hashed device fingerprint — on Android, the Application computes a one-way SHA-256 hash of your device's Android ID combined with an app-specific salt. The hash is computed on your device; the original Android ID is never sent to our servers. It is used only to restore your wallet if you reinstall the Application, to honour "one free video per device", and to prevent abuse of welcome gifts.
These identifiers are not linked to your name, email address, or other directly identifying information.
Legal basis for processing your personal data
Where the GDPR applies, the Service Provider relies on one or more lawful bases to process your personal data, including:
- Contract performance: processing necessary to provide the Application or fulfil a contract with you, such as processing a photo or prompt you submit to generate a video, managing your GEM balance, or delivering a purchase.
- Consent: where you have given explicit consent to processing, including for push notifications, marketing, analytics, personalized advertising, or optional features. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
- Legitimate interests: where processing is necessary for the Service Provider's specific legitimate interests, such as maintaining network and information security, preventing fraud and abuse (including the device fingerprint described above), reviewing abuse reports, or improving the Application through analytics, provided those interests are not overridden by your data protection rights or fundamental freedoms.
- Legal obligation: to comply with laws or government requests.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, and service delivery. Where required by law, the Service Provider will obtain your consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
What information does the Application collect automatically?
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile operating system and app version, the IP address of your mobile device, your Advertising ID (GAID) on Android devices, crash reports and diagnostic data, and information about the way you use the Application (such as which templates are opened and when a video is created, saved, or shared). The Advertising ID is used by our advertising partners to serve and measure ads; you can reset it or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings at any time.
The Service Provider uses Firebase Remote Config to adjust settings of the Application (such as prices shown, feature flags, and A/B test variants) without an update. Remote Config may assign your device to a test group using the automatically collected information above.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device, and it does not read location data embedded in your photos.
Does the Application use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies?
Yes. The Application's core feature uses Artificial Intelligence to render a short video from the photo and/or text prompt you submit. To do this, our servers send your photo (through a short-lived signed link) and the final prompt to our third-party AI video provider, ApiHub, which generates the video and returns it to our servers. Depending on the template or model you select, the provider may route the request to an underlying AI video model. Your content is processed solely to create your requested output. The Service Provider does not use your photos, prompts, or videos to train AI models.
Because the same templates and models are available to all users, videos that are similar to yours may be generated for other users. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected; all generated videos carry an "AI generated" label, and videos created with the free first-video offer also carry a watermark.
In-App Purchases, GEM Credits, and VIP
The Application offers optional in-app purchases, including GEM credit packs and VIP subscriptions (weekly or yearly). All payments are processed by Google Play Billing, and purchases and subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat. The Service Provider does not collect or store your credit card number, bank details, or other payment information — all payment data is handled directly by Google in accordance with Google's own terms and privacy policy.
The Service Provider may receive limited, non-financial transaction information (such as purchase tokens, product identifiers, subscription status, and renewal dates) solely to deliver the purchased content, grant GEM credits, validate purchases, and prevent fraud. In-app GEM credits have no cash value and are not transferable. When a video fails to render, the GEM charged for it is refunded to your in-app wallet automatically.
Advertising
The Application may show a limited number of ads to non-VIP users (for example, a native ad card in the template feed and an interstitial when leaving the result screen), served by Google AdMob. VIP members do not see ads. Ad providers may use your Advertising ID and automatically collected device information as described in their own privacy policies, linked below.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
The Service Provider shares information with third-party service providers only as needed to operate the Application — for example, sending your submitted photo and prompt to the AI video provider to render your result, storing files on our hosting provider, or transmitting aggregated, anonymized usage data to help improve the Application.
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
- Google Play Services
- AdMob
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Firebase Cloud Messaging and Remote Config
- ApiHub (AI video processing)
- RevenueCat (purchase management)
- Cloudflare (hosting, database, and file storage)
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud or abuse reports, or respond to a government request;
- with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information the Service Provider discloses to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Where the GDPR applies, the Service Provider enters into Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with third-party service providers that process personal data on its behalf, as required by Article 28 of the GDPR. These DPAs impose the same data protection obligations on those service providers as described in this Privacy Policy.
International Data Transfers
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where such transfers occur, the Service Provider will use an appropriate transfer mechanism required by GDPR Chapter V.
- Adequacy decisions by the European Commission
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- Other safeguards or derogations recognized under GDPR Chapter V, including consent where legally permitted
Countries outside the EEA may not provide the same level of data protection as the EEA. Where required by law, the Service Provider will apply appropriate safeguards and obtain any consent required for the transfer.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will stop the Application from collecting data from your device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.
You can also delete individual videos within the Application (Studio → Delete video), disable push notifications, and reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
To request deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or exercise any of your rights, contact the Service Provider at app.info@adtirex.com.
What is the data retention policy and how can you manage your information?
The Service Provider retains personal data based on its necessity for the stated purposes:
- Submitted photos: uploaded photos are kept in temporary storage for up to 2 days so the video can be rendered and retried if needed, and are then deleted automatically. Photos of faces are not kept on our servers beyond this period.
- Generated videos and thumbnails: kept on our servers for a limited time so you can re-download or share them — currently up to 7 days for videos created without VIP and up to 30 days for videos created as a VIP member — and then deleted automatically. The Application shows the remaining days in the Studio tab. Videos you save to your device stay on your device under your control. You can delete a video from our servers at any time from the Studio tab.
- Job records (template, prompt, settings, status, GEM charged): retained for operational, billing, and abuse-review purposes; prompts are kept without any links to your photos.
- Wallet, ledger, and purchase records: retained for as long as needed to operate your wallet and to meet accounting and legal requirements.
- Automatically Collected Data: retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance or security purposes.
- Aggregated and Anonymized Data: retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you.
- Data required for legal compliance: retained as long as required by applicable law.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time, except where retention is required by law. If you'd like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at app.info@adtirex.com and they will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data by emailing the Service Provider at app.info@adtirex.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Because the Application has no accounts, please include the approximate date you installed the Application and, if possible, a purchase order number from Google Play so we can locate your device record. The Service Provider will process your request within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Upon verification, the Service Provider will delete the photos, videos, and job records linked to your device and anonymize the device record in its systems, except where retention is required for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes (such as purchase records). Deleting your data also removes any remaining GEM credits and VIP entitlements associated with the device.
How does the Application address children's privacy?
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or where a higher age of digital consent is established under applicable law (for example, 16 in parts of the EEA). The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them. The Application also requires you to confirm that every person shown in a submitted photo is 18 or older, and offers a "Shows a minor" report option; videos reported on this basis are reviewed and removed.
How is your information kept secure?
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains, including: all traffic between the Application and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS) and signed; photos are uploaded and shared with the AI provider only through short-lived signed links; device fingerprints are hashed on your device before being sent; and files are deleted automatically when their retention period ends. Access is limited to authorized employees and contractors who need that information to operate, develop, or improve the Application, and administrative access is role-based and audit-logged. However, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, the Service Provider will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by applicable law. Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, the Service Provider will also notify you without undue delay, providing information about the nature of the breach, the categories of data affected, and the measures taken or proposed to address the breach.
How will you be informed of changes to this Privacy Policy?
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be maintained and made available upon request by contacting the Service Provider at app.info@adtirex.com.
