These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Video AI app (package com.zentravyx.aivideomaker) and any related services (the "Application"), operated by ADTIREX LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country (for example, 16 in parts of the EEA), to use the Application. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Templates that depict people may only be used with photos of adults (18 or older) — see Section 5.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, and you may not interfere with the Application's request signing, device identifiers, or rate limits, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

3. GEM Credits, Free Video, and Purchases

The Application uses in-app GEM credits to generate videos. The GEM price of a video depends on the template or model, duration, and resolution you choose and is shown on the Create button before you confirm; you are charged exactly the amount shown. GEM may be granted as a welcome gift, earned (for example, by viewing rewarded ads where offered), included with VIP membership, or purchased through in-app purchases processed by Google Play Billing and managed via RevenueCat. GEM:

• has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash;
• is non-transferable and is tied to your device (and, where linked, your wallet);
• is generally non-refundable once delivered or consumed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the Google Play refund policy.

Free first video. Non-VIP users may create one free video per device, limited to 5 seconds, 480p, and a visible watermark, on selected templates only. The offer is tied to your device and cannot be reused by reinstalling the Application. We may change or withdraw this offer at any time.

Failed videos. If a video fails to render, the GEM charged for it is automatically refunded to your in-app wallet (or your free video is restored). GEM is not refunded for videos that rendered successfully but did not meet your expectations.

Welcome gifts and free GEM are granted once per device. Creating multiple wallets to claim gifts repeatedly is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances.

4. VIP Subscriptions

VIP membership is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (for example, weekly or yearly) through Google Play. VIP benefits may include a GEM allowance credited each billing period, access to VIP-only models and resolutions, no ads, and longer server-side storage of your videos. GEM included with VIP is still spent per video. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at purchase until cancelled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and GEM already credited remains in your wallet. Where a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Benefits, prices, and allowances may change for future billing periods with notice as required by law.

5. Your Content and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the photos and prompts you submit ("User Content"). Before using a template that depicts people, you must confirm that you have the right to use the photos of everyone shown and that they are all 18 or older. You represent that your User Content does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to use the Application to create, upload, or share content that:

• depicts a real person without their consent, or that is used to harass, defame, or impersonate;
• depicts anyone under 18 in any template, or is sexually explicit, pornographic, or constitutes child sexual abuse material;
• is a deceptive deepfake or is intended to mislead, including removing or obscuring the "AI generated" label;
• is unlawful, hateful, violent, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attempts to bypass prompt filters, blocked terms, or other safety measures.

Every video includes a "Report video" option. We review reports and may remove content, delete the related photos and videos, forfeit balances, or suspend access for violations of these Terms, without refund where permitted by law.

6. AI-Generated Output and Ownership

The Application uses third-party AI video technology (provided through ApiHub and the models it routes to) to render videos from your submitted photo and/or prompt. You retain the rights you hold in the photos and prompts you submit and, subject to these Terms and the AI provider's terms, in the videos generated for you. Because the underlying models, templates, and prompts are shared, the Application may generate the same or similar output for other users, and we make no guarantee of uniqueness. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and may not match the template preview. Videos are labelled "AI generated"; you agree not to present them as genuine recordings.

7. Storage and Expiry of Your Videos

Generated videos are kept on our servers for a limited time only — currently up to 7 days for videos created without VIP and up to 30 days for videos created as a VIP member — after which they are deleted automatically and can no longer be downloaded from the Application. Uploaded photos are deleted within 2 days. Your device is the long-term home for your videos: save a video to your gallery if you want to keep it. We are not responsible for videos that expire before you save them. You may delete a video from our servers at any time from the Studio tab.

8. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its branding, code, design, templates, preview videos, and materials (excluding your User Content and generated videos), is the property of Adtirex LLC and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Advertising

The Application is supported in part by advertising, including Google AdMob, shown to non-VIP users. Ads and rewarded content are subject to the ad providers' own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising data.

10. Availability and Changes to the Service

Rendering depends on third-party AI providers and may be slow, queued, or temporarily unavailable. We may add, change, or remove templates, models, durations, resolutions, prices, and features at any time, including through remote configuration without an app update. Prices shown in the Application are refreshed from our servers; if a price changes before your request is processed, you will be asked to confirm the new price rather than being charged a different amount.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adtirex LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application, including loss of videos that have expired or were not saved to your device. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections 5 to 8 and 11 to 15 survive termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Garfield County, Montana, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
