These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Anime AI Art Generator app (package com.adtirex.aianimemaker) and any related services (the "Application"), operated by ADTIREX LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country (for example, 16 in parts of the EEA), to use the Application. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Credits and Purchases

The Application uses in-app credits to generate images. Credits may be earned (for example, by viewing rewarded ads) or purchased through in-app purchases processed by Google Play Billing and managed via RevenueCat. Credits:

• have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash;
• are non-transferable and are tied to your use of the Application;
• are generally non-refundable once delivered or consumed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the Google Play refund policy.

Any subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.

4. Your Content and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the photos and content you submit ("User Content"). You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to use the Application to create, upload, or share content that:

• depicts a real person without their consent, or that is used to harass, defame, or impersonate;
• is sexually explicit, pornographic, or constitutes child sexual abuse material;
• is a deceptive deepfake or is intended to mislead;
• is unlawful, hateful, violent, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may remove content or suspend access for violations of these Terms, without refund where permitted by law.

5. AI-Generated Output and Ownership

The Application uses third-party AI technology (Leonardo.ai) to transform your submitted photo into an anime-style image. You retain the rights you hold in the photos you upload and, subject to these Terms and the AI provider's terms, in the images generated for you. Because the underlying models and styles are shared, the Application may generate the same or similar output for other users, and we make no guarantee of uniqueness. AI-generated output may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its branding, code, design, and materials (excluding your User Content and generated images), is the property of Adtirex LLC and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Advertising

The Application is supported in part by advertising, including Google AdMob. Ads and rewarded content are subject to the ad providers' own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adtirex LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Garfield County, Montana, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
